Linda Vork of Sandstone visited our Urgent Care service recently with her daughter. Here's what she said about Dr. Skip Hofstrand and his warm, comforting bedside manner:

"He was very good to my daughter, talking to her and explaining what he thought was her greatest issue. I wish he was the doctor every time we had come to Urgent Care! He treated my daughter as a young adult and talked with her, not just with me, the mom."

Becky Gaede of Sandstone said Physical Therapy Assistant Kathryn Colsrud created a good experience for her mother in our Physical Therapy Department. She wrote this:
