Resident Surveys

We survey a few residents of Pine Medical Health Care Center every three months to find out what they think about our services. Our survey asks 24 questions about everything from the laundry service to how the staff responds when a resident feels sad or blue.

Our latest survey, taken in the third quarter of 2008, shows our results in all areas are as high or higher than members of the Benedictine Health System, the nation's largest long-term care company. In the most recent survey, 89 percent of our residents said their overall satisfaction with us was very good or excellent.
