SMDC Health System's EEO/AA Officer is Diane Davidson, Vice President Human Resources. Her responsibilities will include monitoring all Equal Employment Opportunity activities and reporting the effectiveness of this Affirmative Action Program, as required by Federal, State and Local agencies. The Chief Executive Officer of SMDC Health System will receive and review reports on the progress of the program. Our Affirmative Action Program may be inspected by any employee or applicant during normal business hours by contacting the EEO Coordinator.
